This morning I woke up and switched trains in Germany. This train was packed with people and I had to stand. When we got just inside the Netherlands, the train stopped. We were told a train at the station had derailed. We sat in the middle of nowhere for 90 minutes. When I finally got to Utrecht, I ran to catch a train to Leiden. I was about a minute too late and watched the train pull out of the station. The next direct train would not leave for awhile. I took a train to Den Haag and then from there I took another train to Leiden.
I arrived in Leiden about 2 hours later than I was supposed to. I walked quickly to school and got there just in time for Art and Architecture class at 2:00. After class, I went back to my room and unpacked. I worked on homework and a few other things before going to bed.
