Today was our second Dutch language class. For the most part it went well. I understood the first section and was able to answer the questions the professor asked me. Yesterday the professor told us to look over section two in our book a couple times. The three of us were surprised today when he expected us to know it very well. But at least we were all in the same situation and the professor didn’t seem too upset. We worked on section two in our books. For homework we needed to prepare section three for tomorrow. Yesterday I thought this class wasn’t going to be as bad as everyone told me. It would just take a lot of studying. Today, I am not so sure. We are learning a lot at a rapid pace. For the rest of the day I basically worked on studying my Dutch lessons. I did take a nap this afternoon which was really nice. It was rainy, cold, and windy today so it was a good day to stay inside.
