Kyler and Joel never found the jazz concert last night. They told me they just explored the city. So I guess it was a good thing that I stayed in my room. I went to bed a little around 11 pm and didn’t get up until around 1:00 this afternoon. Today was another lazy pajama day. I guess we are all still trying to get over jet lag. This evening we went to the grocery store to buy a few more groceries. For dinner, I sautéed some of my zucchini that I purchased at the market on Saturday. I over cooked it just a little, but with a bit of salt it was very good. I made some pasta and melted some of my margarine with it. For buying the cheapest margarine in the store, it surprisingly tasted pretty good. There were some spices left in the kitchen for us to use. I think I added some onion powder to my buttered pasta and it tasted really good. I finally made a meal that tasted like something from home. I am feeling much better today. My throat glands are still a little swollen but my throat doesn’t hurt very much.
