This morning, Joel and I had Dutch 2.  Class went well again today.  We had a visitor which made things interesting.  A girl named Amanda from Georgia studied on this program last spring.  She is now taking classes at Webster University.  She stopped by to visit with our Dutch professor.  It was interesting to learn a little bit about her.  She told us that one of her favorite foods in Leiden was Turkish Pizza.  I had heard about it, but never tried it.  So, after class we went and got one.  It is nothing like what we would typically call a pizza.  It was more like a wrap.  I am not sure exactly what was in it but it was a tortilla with lettuce, cucumber, maybe some other vegetables, and a couple sauces.  It was a little spicy and very good.  It cost 2 Euros and made a great lunch.

This afternoon and evening, I worked on homework and worked on preparing to travel for spring break which is March 6-15.  I am really looking forward to going to Spain and Dublin, but it is very stressful too.  I am really looking forward to visiting other countries in Europe.
