This morning I had Netherlands and its European Context.  We turned in our papers today and gave presentations on them.  The assignment was to interview someone from a country in the European Union.  We were given specific questions to ask them.  I chose to interview Linda who lives on my floor this semester.  She is from Sweden and taking a class this semester in Leiden.  The assignment was a nice way to get to know Linda a little better.

For lunch, Joel and Kyler wanted to eat at Subway.  Since I didn’t have any food to bring a sack lunch, I went along with them.  It was very similar to the United States but a little different.  For example, I ordered a 15 centimeter sandwich rather than a 6 inch sandwich.  There were also less choices for meats, cheeses, and vegetables.  My sandwich was still very good.

This afternoon we had photography class.  We looked at the pictures we took for our assignments.  It was interesting to see the different pictures this week since we all went to different places for Spring Break.  We also had another lesson on how to use Photoshop.

After class, we went to the grocery store.  I came back and made dinner.  This evening I studied for my Dutch 2 quiz.
